🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Standard shipping charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment status on the courier’s official website.

🔁 Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, certain circumstances (e.g., regional lockdowns, natural calamities, courier issues, or high demand during sale periods) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

🧾 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing the order. Kovok Threds will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Unclaimed packages due to the recipient being unavailable.

In such cases, if the shipment is returned to us, we will attempt re-delivery once. Additional shipping charges may apply.

📦 Packaging

All our products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images so we can assist.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to serve you globally soon.
